Decking
Timber
Timber is great cost effective option for a natural look. However it does require more maintenance. We would advice oiling or staining each year to prevent the timber from weathering.
With deck frames, timber will again provide a saving compared to steal.
They will weather after 10 years, even when treated. We use joist and bearer tapes with timber bitumen paints for posts in ground. This provides a layer of protection to the timber, to protect it from moisture for longer.

We provide modern composite decking that requires next to no maintenance beyond an annual wash.

Steel deck frames are a great option if you’re looking for longer term value. With advancements within the industry frames can now last as long as 30 years.
We recommend steel with a powder coating to prevent rust and decay.
